This event is an official GPC weigh-off.
A maximum of two entries and two prize moneys per category per household are allowed. One entry per household member per category is allowed. Additional entries will be for exhibition only.
Exhibitors must be on site and in line to register entries by 10 a.m. on September 29, 2019.
Each specimen must be grown and cared for by the exhibitor.
The exhibitor must be present for the competition, unless prior approval for a legitimate reason is made with a site coordinator via email or phone call. Site coordinators are Mike Golat (firstname.lastname@example.org) and Roy Atkinson (email@example.com) and they can be reached at 715-839-6092.
All pumpkins and squash must be on a pallet.
Any entry weighed in a previous competition will not be eligible for prize money.
This weigh-off is a Great Pumpkin Commonwealth (GPC) sanctioned event and all GPC rules will be followed.
The River Prairie Giant Pumpkin Festival would like entries to stay on exhibit through 5PM on Sunday, if at all possible. Those that choose to stay will receive two drink tickets and an appetizer buffet voucher that may be redeemed during the concert following the WEIGH-OFF.
